Response to Truth and Cannonballs

This episode was about them trying to discover the mystery behind this picture. The picture consist of a dirt road with many cannonballs scattered over the road. So they give the picture to an expert in photoshop to try to figure out the secret behind this photograph.

While doing his research he flipped from the original photograph that they were trying to figure out if it was photoshopped or not and the other photograph many times. Finally, after flipping through the pictures many times, he concluded that the picture was indeed photoshopped. The reasoning was that after flipping through pictures you can see that the rocks were in different spots. The photo consists of two photos being taking of the same spot over 150 years ago. This picture of the war is now considered to be the first fake shot. 

I personally enjoyed this episode of radio lab. I thought it was interesting to hear their investigation about this photo that they thought had some mystery behind it. I liked hearing the process of them going to someone to help find out the mystery behind the photo later revealing that this photo was photoshopped. I always have been into solving mysteries. Lastly, in todays world there are so many photos that are photoshopped out their so it was interesting to see how this man figured out that the photo was photoshopped.
